This is a relatively new procedure in the treatment of MN where the deep transverse intermetatarsal ligament via a minimally invasive nerve decompression (MIND) is cut loose/free. After all, we are really dealing with a Interdigital Nerve Compression when we say Morton's Neuroma, aren't we? ~TJ
